Abstract Double J (DJ) stents are placed in patients with obstructive uropathy to relieve the obstruction. Curved ends prevent slippage or migration of stent. Antegrade into urinary bladder retrograde ureter common complications. Mode retrieval migrated depends upon location We present a case series four cases percutaneous snaring cephalad DJ pediatric patients.
